• Positive Behaviour Support;
• Team-Teach;
• Zones of Regulation;
• Connect and Respect;
• Keeping Our Workplace Safe (KOWS);
• Positive Partnerships;
• Calm Classrooms: Dealing with Trauma; and
• Teaching Students with Complex Communication Needs.

Aim: Cloverdale Education Support Centre’s Positive Behaviour Support policy aims to:

• Provide students and staff with a positive and engaging learning/working environment.
• Support students in reaching their potential
• Address any unmet needs of the students through supporting positive engagement and enhancing quality of life.
• Provide a consistent approach to behaviour management across the school.

At Cloverdale ESC as a PBS school we:
• Have clear and explicit behaviour expectations for all – our 4 Bs;
• Believe that behaviour is a skill and can be taught; and
• Acknowledge and reward students who are following the 4 Bs.
